Business Development Manager – Renewable Energy (m/f/d)

About us:

The Kelfield Group is the leading renewable project developer in Poland. We are a family run company with a young and motivated team and our goal is to make Poland the green energy hub in Europe, with renewable projects developed by the Kelfield Group. We focus our development on Agrophotovoltaics (APV), Wind farms, Hydrogen and Energy Storage. We are looking to grow our team, to meet our 1 Gigawatt development target for 2025. Our customers are farmers, land owners and institutions from all over Poland.

We are looking to expand our development team and are looking for you to work at our Główczyce or Gdańsk offices

Job Description:

  • As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you are responsible for screening and analysing the market and to find new customers based on our growth strategy
  • You will develop short-, to long-term action plans on gaining new customers for projects between 10 to 150 MW
  • You are the face to our customers within the sales process
  • You will be responsible for sending offers, quotations and further information to our (potential) customers, with support of our Kelfield team
  • Together with the project development team and the project engineering team, you will be the driver for successful offer preparation and monetary results
  • With our projects, you will support projects that focus on the production, distribution and integration of energy from renewable sources
  • With the support of our Kelfield Team, you will advise the overall project strategy, timeline, and sales strategy, to successfully gain new Kelfield customers
  • You will participate in relevant events and fairs as a Kelfield representative

 

Your Profile:

  • You are interested and motivated to work in the renewable project development
  • You have a degree in the technical or electrical engineering areas (or comparable)
  • You have 3+ years work experience in renewable energy sales (or comparable)
  • You are a profound communicator and confident negotiator
  • You have experience in dealing with technical issues and you are able to develop suitable solutions for our customers
  • Regional land owner contacts and renewable energy knowledge are a bonus
  • You are able to manage projects and to prepare and conduct presentations
  • You have a good understanding of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a bonus, not a must
  • You can work and organize yourself independently
  • Business related travel with a company car (provided by us) is no problem for you
  • You will participate in relevant events and fairs as a Kelfield representative
  • You have very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of the German language is a bonus, not a must
  • You like to work in a team, are reliable and are willing to shape the green future with us
