About us:

The Kelfield Group is the leading renewable project developer in Poland. We are a family run company with a young and motivated team and our goal is to make Poland the green energy hub in Europe, with renewable projects developed by the Kelfield Group. We focus our development on Agrophotovoltaics (APV), Wind farms, Hydrogen and Energy Storage. We are looking to grow our team, to meet our 1 Gigawatt development target for 2025. Our customers are farmers, land owners and institutions from all over Poland.

We are looking to expand our engineering team and are looking for you to work at our Główczyce or Gdańsk offices

Job Description:

  • As a Project Engineer for our renewable projects, you will technically plan our Agrophotovoltaics (APV), Wind and Hydrogen projects
  • You will act as an interface between stakeholders, suppliers and relevant authorities
  • You are in touch with our external partners for technical matters
  • You are responsible for structural and functional calculations within the applicable software
  • You will optimize our calculations based on best practices and knowledge gathering
  • You will prepare and manage the technical documents for our projects, such as calculations, illustrations and technical specifications
  • You will actively identify suppliers and partners for our developments
  • You are the technical expert to our team and are closely linked to our Project Development and Business Development (BD) team

Your Profile:

  • You are interested and motivated to work in the renewable project development
  • You have a degree in the technical or electrical engineering areas
  • You have relevant work experience (3 years or more)
  • You have a good understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of PVSyst and/or WindPro (software) beneficial
  • Salesforce (software) knowledge is a bonus, not a must
  • You are a profound communicator and confident negotiator
  • You can work and organize yourself independently
  • You have very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of the German language is a bonus, not a must
  • You will participate in relevant events and fairs as a Kelfield representative
  • You like to work in a team, are reliable and are willing to shape the green future with us
