About us:

The Kelfield Group is the leading renewable project developer in Poland. We are a family run company with a young and motivated team and our goal is to make Poland the green energy hub in Europe, with renewable projects developed by the Kelfield Group. We focus our development on Agrophotovoltaics (APV), Wind farms, Hydrogen and Energy Storage. We are looking to grow our team, to meet our 1 Gigawatt development target for 2025. Our customers are farmers, land owners and institutions from all over Poland.

 

We are looking to expand our development team and are looking for you to work at our Główczyce or Gdańsk offices

Job Description:

  • As a Project Developer for our renewable projects, you are closely linked to our Project Engineering and Business Development (BD) team
  • You will support us in searching, evaluating and securing suitable locations for our renewable activities
  • You will support our BD team with the contractual framework for our customers
  • You coordinate all approval and planning procedures with our engineering and development team
  • You support our BD team in their day to day work
  • You prepare and conduct presentations with our customers, communities and other relevant stakeholders
  • You regularly update our project finance/ budget reports and applicable project business case calculations
  • You will prepare and manage development documents for our projects
  • You will actively identify suppliers and partners for our developments
  • You are the project development expert to our team
  • You will participate in relevant events and fairs as a Kelfield representative

 

Your Profile:

  • You are interested and motivated to work in the renewable project development
  • Preferably, you have a degree in the technical or electrical engineering areas
  • You have relevant work experience
  • You have a good understanding of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a bonus, not a must
  • You are a profound communicator and confident negotiator
  • You can work and organize yourself independently
  • You will participate in relevant events and fairs as a Kelfield representative
  • You have very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of the German language is a bonus, not a must
  • You like to work in a team, are reliable and are willing to shape the green future with us
